All vendors and sponsors have the opportunity to present a presentation! This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and full payment must accompany your vendor or sponsorship registration. You can mention your presentation in your advertisement in the program booklet. This benefit includes the meeting room, chairs, head table, and existing electrical outlets. All other AV, equipment and furniture may be ordered through the hotel/audio visual company and be billed directly to you. Unfortunately, as of March 15, all vendor presentation slots have been filled. You may request to be on the waiting list if a slot opens.
