AIRI 53rd Annual Meeting

We are pleased to have arranged for the room rates to be $199 plus applicable taxes. The room block ended August 7, but reservations can be made based on availability and rates. If you have any questions, please email hq@airi.org.

About Meeting Registration

The early bird registration rates ended August 7, 2014. Regular registration rates are now in effect. AIRI only accepts check payments (no credit cards).

Member institutions
Only individuals from a member institution whose membership is paid for the current year may attend the annual meeting. Regular rates are reflected below.

Members registration rates: $695 (first registrant); and $650 (subsequent members).

Non-member institutions whose intention is to become an AIRI Member (regular or provisional), may request to attend one annual meeting prior to joining AIRI by providing that they are eligible to become a member and then must be registered at the non-member institution rate.  Please see Membership Criteria online at www.airi.org to verify if your institute would qualify. To request for this option, email David Issing at hq@airi.org and include your intention for membership and a brief summary of meeting the membership criteria.
Non-member institution registration rates:
$795

Non-member organizations or individuals may attend the annual meeting as a registered sponsor or exhibitor of the meeting at vendor registration rates currently starting at $2500 and must register by completing the Vendor Registration form.


Spouse / Invited Guest / Evening event

One evening event ticket is included with all of the meeting registration options. However, if you would like to bring a spouse or guest to the evening event, you may purchase an additional ticket to the event.

Evening event additional registration rates: $250

 

If your spouse would like to attend the meeting, evening event, and reception, your spouse may register.
Spouse / Invited Guest registration rates: $395

 

Refund Policy

We can no loner accept refunds since the refund date has now passed (August 7).  Does not apply to exhibit/sponsorship cancellations. Visit us online for exhibit/sponsorship refund policy. Mail Registration to:

Full payment (AIRI ONLY accepts check payments) must accompany your registration (payable to the Association of Independent Research Institutes) to: AIRI, DAI Management, Inc., P.O. Box 844, Westminster, MD  21158. Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation via email.
